Nancy and Tim Keilty purchased the farm and its first cattle in 1982. Over the past twenty years they have acquired nationally known genetics focusing on performance oriented Herefords. The Keilty family have now developed an extensive A.I. and E.T. program, which consists of 45 head of brood cows heavily influenced by Remitall Online 122L and Keynote 20X bloodlines.

In addition to the seedstock operation, CSF markets Leelanau Natural Beef (LNB). A pasture raised, natural, premium ground beef, sold at the farm and local farmers markets.
